SANTO INSURANCE AGENCY Builds State-of-the-Art Facility in Salem, NH
Windham, NH: Santo Insurance Agency just completed construction on 26,000 square feet of Class A office space in Salem, NH. This beautifully appointed Colonial-style building, conveniently located at 224 Main Street, is now available for lease.
“While we have grown consistently over the last 10 years, we experienced a steady surge in business during the last two,” states Jamie Santo, president and CEO of Santo Insurance Agency. “And while we are obviously grateful for this growth, it meant that we had to look for larger space. We had very specific requirements, couldn’t find anything suitable in southern NH, so we decided to build. We will immediately occupy about 4,000 square feet and have 11,000 square feet of “build to suit” space for other area businesses interested in fresh, new professional space”.

According to Santo, “When a building of this size goes up in a town the size of Salem, there is always an immediate spike in curiosity. But we have been fortunate enough to have a sustained level of interest in this facility, and office space is moving fast. Companies are coming on board immediately following their first walk-through! I think that says a lot about this space”.
The Santo Professional Building, as it will be known, is a 2-story state-of-the-art facility, as well as the newest building in Salem. “The building is fully-featured”, said Santo. “It offers elevator service, an alarm system, a walk-out basement level, a sprinkler system, and plentiful parking”. Each office unit will also be equipped with high-speed internet service and cable TV.
