Santo Insurance has announced that Michael Kimball has successfully completed all continuing education requirements to receive his Accredited Advisor in Insurance (AAI) designation from the Insurance Institute of America. Kimball is a licensed insurance agent at Santo Insurance and specializes in both personal and commercial lines.
Kimball participated in a 30-week new producer development program and successfully completed all course requirements and examinations for the AAI designation. The examinations are designed to test multiline knowledge, ethics, and technical aspects of insurance that are products of broad industry experience. The AAI designation demonstrates in-depth insurance knowledge and a strong focus on customer service.
